The first time Von drank out of a regular cup he was 4 1/2 months old. Because Von is very independent and wants to be just like the grown ups are he dropped the bottle early, refused a sippy cup for a long time and move on to using a regular cup all by himself too. Mommy and Daddy were not allowed to help.
